Polyethylene Tanks

Vertical Polyethylene Tanks

• Industrial (ASTM-D-1998-97) and Commercial design standards available.
• Material options include high density linear polyethylene and crosslink polyethylene for a diverse range of applications
• Available with seismic zone 4 and UBC 110 mph wind restraint and IBC 2003 compliant tie-down systems.
• Specific gravity ratings are based on the industry's most severe calculation.
• Standard specific gravity choices are 1.5 and 1.9, other ratings are available upon request.
• All polyethylene materials are UV stabilized for long-term outdoor service.

Cone Bottom Polyethylene Tanks

• Available in 30-, 45- and 60-degree slopes, sizes range from 15-13,000 gallons
• Material options include high density linear polyethylene and crosslink polyethylene for a diverse range of application requirements
• Available with seismic zone 4 and UBC 110 mpg wind restraint and IBC 2003 compliant tie-down systems
• Specific gravity ratings are based on the industry's most severe calculation
• Standard specific gravity choices are 1.5 and 1.9, other ratings are available upon request
• All polyethylene materials are UV stabilized for long-term outdoor service

Closed / Open Top Polyethylene Tanks

Long-Lasting, corrosion resistant polyethylene tank systems provide maximum options for batch mixing, storage, dispensing and material handling.
• Cylindrical open-top polyethylene tanks can be utilized as primary process or mix tanks or for secondary containment of an inner tank.
• Vertical open-top product designs incorporate an inward top flange lip, which provides optimum container structural integrity.
• CCS secondary polyethylene tank designs are a cost effective alternative to secondary containment requirements.
• Open-top polyethylene tanks come equipped with a standard lid cover and molded-in gallon/liter indicators.
Stands are available in either 12" or 18" elevations off the floor for plumbing and pump clearance.

Horizontal Polyethylene Tanks

• Skids, saddles, cradles and side mounts for a wide range of stationary storage or mobile liquid transport applications
• Material options include high density linear polyethylene and crosslink polyethylene for a diverse range of application requirements
• Low-profile designs increase safety factors
• Available in a wide variety of styles, 25- 3,400 gallons
• Horizontal polyethylene products are available in specific gravities up to 1.9
• All materials are UV stabilized for long-term outdoor service

Double Wall Polyethylene Tanks

• Polyethylene Double walls are available in applications requiring secondary containment protection in lieu of concrete dykes for single wall above-ground storage tanks.
• The smaller design polyethylene configurations ranging from 35 to 360 gallons provide a primary and secondary containment solution in one integral space saving unit. These polyethylene tanks are ideal for commercial “Day” tank system requirements.
• A unique tank-in-tank design enables users and specifiers to incorporate advanced performance and safety features on a bulk-handling system, which provides total containment protection. This double wall construction is completely enclosed so that external matter, such as dust, rain and snow is prevented from collecting in the outer containment tank.

Polyethylene Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs)

Polyethylene IBCs are used for the transportation of bulk liquid materials, including hazardous chemicals, lubricants, paints and coatings, food and beverages, inks and dyes, adhesives and sealants.
• UN and DOT- approved
• Many shapes, sizes and configurations
• Features and component packages for a variety of applications
